The 2025 Pirates finished with an outstanding 28–8 record, but those inside the organization would tell you the wins only tell part of the story. The greater success was in how the team played — prepared, confident, disciplined, and connected to one another.
Alex brings a rare combination to a youth program: elite baseball knowledge paired with an educator’s patience. He teaches the why behind the game. Mechanics matter but understanding matters more.
